The first week at school was awesome!
Learning our new routines, getting to know my new teachers more and having fun exploring my new classroom. I really love Kahikatea and i am proud to be a senior.

Today at school we watched some men do a hangi.

First they dug a hole with wood and rocks and put it on fire in which we didn't see.
Then they took the things out

     
This week we have done some blossom tree art.
I really enjoyed it.

In kowhai lately we have been doing work for our achievment books, I have done maths and a narrative story.


We have also been doing skipping before morning tea. I have enjoyed it this week.
 

This term we have been reading the book Fantastic Mr Fox.

The book is really exiting and I enjoy listening to Lorna red at feed'n reed

Starting folk dancing this week was fun.
I remember most of the dances.
